Integrated
Since 1987, Radnor Middle School has been a proud leader in the creation and development of integrated learning programs. In that year, Watershed, the seventh grade program, was established and created a model that has been copied in middle schools throughout the United States and even the world.
The success of Watershed led to the development of other integrated programs at RMS, including Soundings (grade 8, 1999), Crossroads (grade 6, 2003), and Gateways (grade 8, 2007). RMS is proud of our history of support for integrated programming.

Integrated Lottery
In early May, students who are interested in entering the random lottery for entry into an Integrated Program will have the opportunity to learn more about each program and submit their name for consideration. This year, these informational presentations will available via video.
After the lottery is held, students and parents will have two weeks to make a commitment to join the integrated course. Students who do not commit by the established deadline will be placed onto a traditional team and their slot will be given to the first student on the waiting list. The lottery is conducted in a random format for rising 6th graders into Crossroads and will continue to be random for entry into Watershed, Gateways and/or Soundings.
Current 5th, 6th and 7th grade students have an equal opportunity to be selected for any of the Integrated Programs, regardless of participation in an Integrated Program during the previous year.
